Madam Susana Kudjoe is a Private sector practitioner, the owner of KCS Restaurant and Catering Services in Ho, the first fast food outlet in the Volta Region, which employs over 40 people.
She studied at the Ho Technical University where she obtained a Diploma in Business Studies in 1999, She also obtained Diploma in Youth Development Work in 2003 in the University of Ghana. Susana then enrolled in EP University College in Ho where she Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Business Administration Degree in Marketing, awarded by the University of Cape Coast in 2009.
In 2022, she graduated with Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Governance from business University of Costa Rica (UNEM) in 2022
Susana Kudjoe is Co - Founder of PROYCOD, an NGO which supports the Youth and
Farmers in Agriculture and Community Development. She has worked as a Resource Person and Research Officer with several local and international NGOs, where she facilitated the training and capacity building of small scale entrepreneurs, including Artisans on fair trade policies and management of small businesses.
