Today, in a solemn and heartfelt gesture, the Chief Executive Officer Dr Frederick Appoh, of the Ghana Railway Development Authority laid a floral tribute at the Ceremonial Garden of the Presidency in honor of the distinguished public servants who tragically lost their lives in the recent helicopter crash.
