
GRDA INAUGURATES TENDER COMMITTEE
The Ghana Railway Development Authority (GRDA) has taken a significant step towards enhancing transparency and accountability in its procurement processes with the inauguration of its Tender Committee on Tuesday 8th July 2025.
The Committee, comprising seasoned professionals from various fields, will play a crucial role in ensuring that GRDA’s procurement activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner.
The members of the Tender Committee are:
1. Dr. Fredrick Appoh, Acting Chief Executive Officer – Chairman
2. Mrs. Anita Disu, Deputy Director, HR, GRDA
3. Mr. Kwasi Addomah-Gyabaah, Deputy Director, Finance, GRDA
4. Mr. Martin Nii Narteh Nortey, Director, Ministry of Transport
5. Mr. Grace Mbrokoh-Ewoal, Chief State Attorney, Attorney General’s Office
6. Ing. Daniel Sekyi Kwarkyi, Civil Engineer, GHIE, Takoradi
7. Surveyor Bernard Cosmas-Gonzalves, Surveyor, GHIS, Accra
8. Mrs. Eugenia Boateng, Procurement, GRDA
